Product Manager
Product Manager @ Tilt
Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Product Manager to join our Leave Lifecycle Experience team and help us scale our business by owning and evolving the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators—from intake through return-to-work. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Product. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors and competencies that are expected for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on:
- Customer needs and real-world leave workflows
- Business goals and measurable impact
- Long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and regulatory considerations
- Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
- Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
- Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
- Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted
You’re a great fit if
- You bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- You have experience in the leave of absence industry
- You have experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
- You’re skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- You collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if you’re not deeply technical yourself
- You have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out
- You are a comfortable using a lot of systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
- You are fearlessly flexible and curious; aka you thrive in an environment where we don't have all the answer but are willing to help us figure them out
- You have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
