Partnerships Manager @ Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team and drive the success of our strategic partners. This role is essential to expanding Tilt’s reach by enabling our partners to confidently sell Tilt, represent our mission, and win in the market. You’ll be the go-to for all things enablement training, tooling, co-selling, and support with a special focus on driving adoption, education, and revenue through broker activities.

This is a full-time role reporting to our Director of Partnerships. Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors, and competencies that are expected for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with benefit brokerages and consultants across the country. You’ll be their trusted advisor throughout every stage of the partnership.
  • Lead educational sessions both live and recorded to train partners on Tilt’s platform, feature updates, and target customer profiles. You’ll also host webinars, attend events, and ensure our partners are always well-informed and equipped.
  • Proactively activate broker relationships to generate pipeline and drive referrals. You’ll support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to close broker-sourced opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date broker pipeline in HubSpot. You’ll track leads, monitor deal progression, and accurately attribute revenue from partner activities.
  • Respond to broker inquiries, complete RFPs and RFIs, and provide enablement materials that help partners confidently recommend Tilt.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and RevOps to improve lead generation strategies and implement workflows that support partner success and scalability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that partner and channel strategies are aligned, measurable, and repeatable.
  • Take ownership of a quarterly pipeline and revenue target. You’ll be responsible for tracking success metrics and regularly reporting on impact to internal teams.

You’re a great fit if: 

  • You have experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales enablement, or similar functions
  • You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS environment and love being in the field with go-to-market teams
  • You’re a natural connector personable, clear, and persuasive with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You’re a self-starter and get stuff done without being told exactly how
  • You're confident facilitating training sessions and product demos
  • You’re energized by building relationships and helping partners succeed 
  • You have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or broker/benefits consulting
  • You know the broker ecosystem inside and out and understand how to drive referrals
  • You thrive in ambiguity and know how to prioritize in fast-moving environments
  • You’re mission-driven and energized by making work-life transitions better for everyone
  • You’re highly organized, comfortable using multiple systems, and excellent at follow-through

Total Compensation 

The base salary for this role is $105,000 - $115,000. We also offer stock options (ISOs) because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.

401k + match (100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2%)
