
Demand Generation Manager
Job Title: Demand Generation Manager @ Tilt
Team: Marketing
Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by growing our brand through content creation. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Marketing. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
- You will develop and manage a rich content calendar that supports our demand generation goals, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, and website copy.
- You will conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all written content to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- You will collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external partners to produce insightful and authoritative content.
- You will conduct video interviews with subject matter experts that will serve as the basis for our content.
- You will write compelling copy for blogs, landing pages, social media, and digital ads that drive action and conversions.
- You will ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
- You will design, build, and execute strategic email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated nurture sequences.
- You will segment our email lists based on behaviors, interests, and lifecycle stages to ensure content is highly relevant and personalized.
- You will A/B test email elements like subject lines, CTAs, and copy to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- You will monitor and maintain email list health and campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and providing actionable insights.
- You will edit raw footage from webinars, interviews, and product demos into polished, engaging video assets for our website, YouTube, and social media channels.
- You will create dynamic short-form videos (e.g., for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok) from existing long-form content or new concepts.
- You will add motion graphics, text overlays, background music, and closed captions to enhance viewer experience and engagement.
- You will organize and manage our library of video assets.
- You will collaborate cross functionally, ensuring alignment of messaging and goals across the company
- You will assist in various marketing projects to support the team
You’re a great fit if:
- You have successful experience in a demand generation, content marketing, or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
- You have an exceptional portfolio of written content (blog posts, guides, case studies, etc.) that demonstrates outstanding writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- You have proven experience developing and managing email marketing campaigns and nurture flows using a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- You are proficient with video editing software.
- You have a solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
- You have an analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- You have excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- You have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission
- You are considered by others to be a self-starter and able to work without a lot of direction
- You are a comfortable using multiple systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
- You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out
- You have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $87,000-$103,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!
