Partner Marketing Manager @ Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by growing our brand through established partnership (brokers and integrations) channels. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Marketing. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors and competencies that are expected for this role.  

Roles & Responsibilities 🖇️

  • Provide marketing programs and assets to support partner acquisition strategy  
  • Develop and manage all marketing assets needed to support partner programs, including written materials and presentations 
  • Manage and maintain online partner portals
  • Evaluate current partner marketing mix and assist in defining and designing the comarketing strategies for our partners 
  • Execute & measure performance of partner marketing programs
  • Lead new product introductions efforts within the channel including collateral development, communication strategy, co-marketing deliverables, training tools and execution 

You’re a great fit if 😍

  • You have proven experience working closely with partners (both referral and channel) and understand their business models
  • You have worked with online channel and partner portals  
  • You are experienced in the management and delivery of co-op marketing programs 
  • You can work effectively with peers, management and internal and external stakeholders
  • You are capable of managing tasks with limited supervision 
  • You have a number of years working experience as Partner Marketing Specialist or Manager in a related industry   
  • You have a demonstrated and successful history of building marketing strategy and execution

Total Compensation 💰

The projected annual salary range is $95,000 - $105,000USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits paid at 100% for all employees and 50% for dependents.
